The Virtual Nerd website and related content (collectively, "Site") is brought to you by Savvas Learning Company LLC (the "Company" , "we" , "our" or "us"). This Site provides an expansive library of instructional content available to millions of teachers and students around the world at no charge.
Although subsequent sections provide more detailed information on our use and disclosure of information or data that may be collected, we take pride in the following:

  • We will NEVER sell any data about our users to third parties.
  • We will NEVER perform targeted advertising of our users.
  • We will NEVER share your data with third parties for the purpose of targeted advertising.

  • We will NEVER claim ownership of any of our user's data.

You can freely access all Virtual Nerd content without providing any personal information about yourself. 'Personal Information' means any data which can be associated with you as an individual, either directly or indirectly. Virtual Nerd does not collect any data from its users that would allow us to personally identify them unless that information is volunteered by the user through our "Contact Us" button allowing site users to ask questions or to make comments, recommendations, or suggestions
